Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This privacy policy explains what personal data CityTech-LB SARL collects when you use this online shop and our social media pages, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
It completes our terms and conditions.
1. Who is responsible for your data

The shop runs on an e-commerce platform that stores and processes data on our behalf, under our instructions and with the same protections.
2. The CityTech platform and Facebook / Instagram connections
CITYTECH SARL Single Partner (registered in Lebanon, Ministry of Finance registration no. 3893519) also runs the CityTech commerce platform. Businesses use it to run their shops and to connect their own Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and WhatsApp Business numbers. This section explains what happens when a business connects those accounts with Facebook Login.
What we receive from Meta, only for the Pages and accounts the business selects:
- the names, identifiers, profile pictures and follower counts of the Pages and Instagram accounts;
- access tokens that let the platform act for the business (stored encrypted, never shown);
- the posts the business publishes through the platform, and their reach and engagement figures;
- comments and messages people send to those Pages and accounts, so the business can answer them.
Why: to publish posts, answer comments and messages, show statistics and run promotions, only when the business asks for it. We do not sell this data, do not use it to build advertising profiles and do not share it with other businesses on the platform. Each business only sees its own accounts. We follow the Meta Platform Terms.
How long: while the account is connected. When the business disconnects it, or removes the app in Facebook settings, the access tokens and the link to the person's Facebook account are deleted at once. Messages and comments already received belong to the business's records and are deleted when the business deletes them or closes its account.
Deleting your data: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove the app and choose to delete its data. Meta sends us the request automatically, we delete the data above and give you a confirmation code with a page where you can check its status. You can also write to us at the address below. Step-by-step instructions: data deletion.
