Data deletion

This page explains how to delete the data the CityTech platform, operated by CITYTECH SARL Single Partner, received when a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business number was connected with Facebook Login. Our privacy policy describes that data in detail.

1. From Facebook (automatic)

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find CityTech-LB and click Remove.
4. Tick the option to delete the data the app received, then confirm.

Facebook sends us the request automatically. We disconnect every account you connected, and delete the access tokens and the link to your Facebook account straight away. You receive a confirmation code and a link where you can check that the request was completed.

2. From the CityTech platform

If you manage a shop on CityTech, open Social → Accounts and click Disconnect next to the account. Its access tokens are deleted at once.

Comments and messages already received belong to the shop's records. The shop can delete them, or close its account to delete all its data.

3. By request

You can also ask us to delete your data, including comments or messages you sent to a shop on the platform. Tell us the Facebook Page or Instagram account concerned and, if possible, the name shown on your messages:
