Delivery in Lebanon

Where do you deliver? Everywhere in Lebanon, from Beirut and Mount Lebanon to the North, the Bekaa and the South.

How long does it take? Orders placed before 2 pm reach Beirut and Mount Lebanon the next working day; other regions take 2–3 working days. We call or message you before the driver comes.

How much does it cost? A flat fee shown at checkout, free above the amount in the announcement bar. You can also pick up your order from the shop at no charge.

Payment

Can I pay on delivery? Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds at the day’s rate shown at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.

Other ways to pay? Card payment online where offered at checkout, or payment in the shop when you pick up. You receive an order confirmation and an invoice for every purchase.

Warranty and after-sales

Is everything under warranty? Yes. Each product page shows its warranty in the Warranty line (for example “1 year shop warranty”). Keep your invoice: it is your warranty card.

What does it cover? Manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover drops, liquid damage, power surges, opened or repaired devices, or normal battery wear.

How do I make a claim? Bring or send the device with its invoice and accessories. We test it within 48 hours and repair or replace it; if neither is possible we refund the value.

Dead on arrival? If a device does not work out of the box, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it immediately.

Power cuts: we recommend a surge protector or UPS for TVs, computers and routers; damage caused by surges is not covered.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item? Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, complete and in its original packaging, with the invoice. Start a return from your account (Orders → Return) or message us.

How do I get my money back? Once we receive and check the item, we refund the same way you paid or give you store credit, as you prefer. Delivery fees are refunded only if the item was faulty or wrong.

Sealed devices: phones, tablets and computers can be returned for a refund only if the box is still sealed; once activated, they are covered by the warranty instead. Earphones are not returnable once opened, for hygiene.

Inverters and batteries

What size do I need? Add up the watts of what must run at the same time; the inverter should cover that with a 30% margin. Battery capacity (kWh) decides how many hours it lasts.

Lithium or gel? Lithium (LiFePO4) costs more up front but lasts several times longer, charges faster and needs no maintenance.

Is installation included? Yes in Beirut for inverter systems; elsewhere we quote before the visit.
